Nerve’s Emerging Leaders Programs offer unique opportunities for college students, recent college graduates and MBAs to make a difference in (and learn the ropes of) an entrepreneurial technology startup.

Our Emerging Leaders gain deep insights and domain knowledge into their respective fields in a startup/entrepreneurial environment, as well:

Managing in Complex Environments: In most cases, emerging leaders will be learning on the job in a very high-pressure environment. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance and an open schedule for dealing with the important issues of the moment is essential in today’s workforce.

Self-Paced Study: Coming from different educational backgrounds, our Emerging Leaders develop their practical knowledge and skills that are not taught in educational institutions.

Social Learning: Exposure to peers – especially peers from other functional areas – is essential in learning how to be a business leader.
